DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Rice Powder.
CONTAINS NO: Artificial coloring, artificial flavor, preservatives, yeast, corn, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, salt, sodium, sugar, gluten, starch or wheat.
